‍By entering the Goji Mobile Sweepstakes Giveaway ("Sweepstakes"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

‍1. Sponsor
‍The Sweepstakes is sponsored by TelcoDR, Inc. d/b/a “Goji Mobile”.

‍2. Eligibility
‍The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Goji Mobile, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

‍3. Giveaway Period
‍Each Social Media Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times as specified on the Giveaway Social Media Post (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries will only be accepted during the Giveaway Entry Period.

‍4. How to Enter
‍Follow the instructions on the Giveaway Social Media Post to enter a Giveaway (the “Entry”).

Limit one Entry per person per Giveaway unless otherwise stipulated. 

To preserve the standards of a Giveaway, Goji Mobile may occasionally ask for additional information which will be used for fraud prevention. 

No Entry shall contain any language or imagery which Goji Mobile deems, in its sole and absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, or that promotes discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Goji Mobile reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry that contains any such language or imagery or which otherwise may be in violation of any law.

Late, incomplete and/or inaccurate entries and entries not complying with all Rules are subject to disqualification. Any form of automated entry, including by the use of macros, scripts or bots, will be disqualified. Furthermore, by entering, each Participant represents and warrants that each Entry complies with these Giveaway Rules in full. Goji Mobile reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and/or not accept any Entry that Goji Mobile determines does not or is likely not to comply with these guidelines. 

Number of Entries: One Entry per Social Media account, unless otherwise stipulated on the Giveaway Social Media Post. Any Entries over the limit will be deemed ineligible and will not be entered into the Giveaway.

By participating, each person who participates (each a “Participant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that he/she meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein. 

By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.

‍5. Odds
‍The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

‍6. Prize
‍The prize is as stated per social media post and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. No cash or other prize substitution shall be allowed except at the Sponsor's discretion.

‍7. Winner Selection and Notification
‍The winner(s) will be selected randomly from eligible entries within the stated timelines of the social media post. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message or email within 7 days after the selection. The winner(s) must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

‍8. General Rules
‍By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Goji Mobile reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating these terms or attempting to manipulate the entry process. Goji Mobile is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures that may affect entry submission. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with X (fka Twitter), TikTok, Meta and its associated social media properties (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

‍9. Release and Limitation of Liability
‍By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Goji Mobile, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages related to the Sweepstakes or the prize awarded.

‍10. Privacy
‍Any personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Goji Mobile's Privacy Policy.

‍11. Disputes
‍All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Texas.
